PETER J. PIKE, ESQ. is board certified in real estate law, and is the founder of the Pike Law Firm, P.A. located in Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida.
Before starting Pike Law, Mr. Pike worked for Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC, first as their Legal and Branch Education Manager, responsible for production and presentation of seminars on real estate law in Florida for over 4000 attorney members of The Fund, and later as Commercial Senior Underwriting Counsel.
Mr. Pike received his B.A. in chemistry from New York University, and earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984. He has been a practicing attorney since law school graduation and is a member of both the New York and Florida Bars. Peter has been involved in teaching real estate brokers and agents at both the pre-licensure and continuing education levels for over twenty years and is approved by the Florida Realtors Association to provide instruction on Core Law and other subjects to Florida Realtors.
Mr. Pike is actively involved in the Realtors Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) and the Sarasota Bar Association, serving on the Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee and being part of the Leadership Academy class of 2016. For 2022, he will also be a member of the Professional Development Committee, Realtor Attorney Joint Committee and Professional Standards Committee at RASM.
When not practicing law, Mr. Pike enjoys the company of his wife Katherine and their two cats, Dale and Loki.
Kathy and Peter try to make the most of Sarasota life, frequenting the many playhouses, museums and restaurants in the community, as well as relaxing at the beach.
